When the COVID pandemic appeared to be a serious threat, President Trump gave governors the freedom to determine how to handle the situation in their states. He did this so as not to appear as a dictator. Regrettably, it soon became apparent that some governors – NY, NJ, CT, DE, CA, OR, WA, IL – and some mayors, such as in Los Angeles, Chicago, and New York City, relished the opportunity to play the tyrant and have been terrifyingly adept at it. Then in November 2020, what can only be described as a fraudulent election gave us the dynamic Biden-Harris Misadministration: a senile old man, a cackling woman who could not get 4% of the primary vote in her own state, and a cabinet composed of an unimpressive group of incompetent boobs.
Our heartfelt thanks go out to those who voted for this misadministration. The ignorant and naïve Generation X and their children, the Millenials, who find comfort and security in a totalitarian state, ready to believe and obey without question (‘cause Socialism, as I have been told, is when the government takes care of the people!). The older Baby Boomers who have been voting Democrat for so long they have failed to recognize that JFK or even LBJ Democrats no longer exist! And let’s not forget the Never Trumpers! The RINOs, the Benedict Arnold branch of the Republican Party led by Mitch McConnel, Mitt Romney, Susan Collins, Lindsey Graham, Adam Kinzinger, Liz Cheney, Lisa Murkowski, and others. When the Socialist/Marxists need support for their expensive, asinine programs or to attack Trump, they can always count on this group of backstabbing weasels to cross the aisle and dance with the devil to the detriment of America. Ah, but I digress.
In the past 12 months, the Biden Misadministration and its Socialist/Marxist cronies have urged Americans to re-imagine public safety by defunding police departments and re-imagine public health through the lies of He Who Shall Not Be Questioned, Li’l Lord Fauci. Apparently, we are to re-imagine, and embrace, oil dependence on the Arabs, Venezuela, and Russia. Our borders, north and south, are open so it appears we are also to re-imagine our sovereignty.
One subject that has been re-imagined without fanfare or discussion and with unbelievable success is our First Amendment, supposedly guaranteed by the Constitution. A rather interesting situation because Biden and his trusty sidekick, Beto O’Rourke, had made gun confiscation their focus during the Presidential campaign. Like magicians, they told Americans to watch the right hand and pay no attention to the left – in Latin the sĭnister – hand that would begin to close tightly on First Amendment rights.
The COVID pandemic, President Trump’s response to allow governors to govern, and his misplaced trust in Li’l Lord Fauci set the stage for a subtle, insidious Socialist/Marxist attack on the First Amendment under the banner of public health and safety. Churches, schools, restaurants, and other businesses were closed. The fiction of learning and communicating effectively by Skype and Zoom was born and then mandated. The U.S. populace was encouraged to cower in their homes.

Masks, although known at the time to be minimally protective at best, were mandated. Public assembly without a mask was prohibited. Those not conforming would be arrested. COVID testing followed but the sensitivity and specificity of the test and its ability to discriminate COVID from the common cold corona were never discussed with the American public.[1] Public health officials with dissenting views were censored by the Legacy Media. The First Amendment was, and largely remains, abolished by fear mongering tyrants obsessed with power at the national, state, and local levels. Indeed, they now know how to terrorize the American public into submission.
The American’s response to this outrage was to obediently comply without question. The clergy – Protestant, Jewish, Catholic, and Muslim – instead of banding together to resist this tyranny meekly shut the doors of churches, synagogues, and mosques. And their congregations remained silent. Likewise, teachers, from kindergarten through graduate school, offered no dissent to the detriment of our children. The medical profession, both allopathic and osteopathic, who undoubtedly saw through Fauci’s lies, offered no resistance. In fact, they continue to push the “must wear a mask” narrative knowing that it is based on a lie. No legal scholars, that I know of, defended the Constitution, America’s foundational and essential political document.
As an American it is more than a bit disturbing and embarrassing, to look north to find an example of how to maintain our FREEDOMS through peaceful CIVIL DISOBEDIENCE (unlike ANTIFA and BLM). For those who only get their news from the Legacy Media – the fake news peddlers – earlier this year Canadian truckers made a courageous and determined stand against vaccine mandates imposed by tyrannical dictator, Justin Trudeau, who said that “Mandates are the way to avoid further restrictions.” Only a politician wedded to Socialism, Marxism, Communism, Fascism (you pick, they are all the same to an American) could say something that incredibly stupid in public. Trudeau invoked the Emergencies Act for the first time in Canadian history, the Canadian Charter of Rights be damned! Trudeau essentially placed Canada under martial law, which may be illegal according to the Emergencies Act. This allows the government to freeze trucker bank accounts, revoke their insurance, and arrest them. Ah, Justin, Hitler, Stalin, Castro, and Maduro would be proud of you.
Levi Strauss decided to abridge the freedom of speech rights of their potential CEO, Jennifer Sey, when they told her to stop her vocal opposition to closing schools due to COVID. When was the jean company given authority to abrogate a person’s First Amendment rights? When did Medical Corporation CEOs, likely not physicians, obtain the power to abrogate my First Amendment rights? When did the CDC or OSHA obtain this authority? It is not found in the Constitution. I remind you again, masks, like the vaccine, do absolutely nothing to stop the spread of COVID, a disease that has been made in to a boogey man that it is not for the majority of our population.
AMERICANS AWAKEN! PULL YOUR HEADS OUT OF THE CLOUDS OR WHEREVER YOU HAVE THEM STUCK! It is time we pushed back with peaceful civil disobedience against our own homegrown tyrants – the feeble Biden Misadministration, Big Tech, Big Pharma, Corporate America, Blue state governors, and Blue city mayors and District Attorneys –attempting to deny us our FREEDOMS, our Constitutional rights. Enough of “Rules for thee, but not for me.” Enough of this mask wearing foolishness, enough of mandating a vaccine that is utterly worthless.
