On 8 April 2021, the lying criminal, Joe Biden, stated that “no amendment to the Constitution was absolute.”[1] An attack not only on the social and cultural foundations of America, but also on every American. That statement – undoubtedly conceived by Shadow President Obama and fed to his puppet – should have received a roaring, non-stop backlash heard from coast to coast. It did not.
The Marxist Legacy media supported it and the other media outlets, who think of themselves as conservative or at least RINO, quickly moved on to the next story before their ratings dropped. And Americans, satisfied with a fraudulent election, said nothing, did nothing.
Well, the evil Marxist chickens and their deceptive chickensh*t have been coming home to roost ever since.
During the COVID pandemic, the Marxist Obama-Biden Misadministration shredded the First Amendment by taking away religious freedom, the right of assembly, and censorship with anyone who disagreed with elite totalitarian thought. The reason? They were following the science, protecting us from those who would spread misinformation (read: disagreement).
The mass shootings in Nashville and Uvalde schools and a grocery store in Buffalo provided fresh grist for eliminating the Second Amendment. The rationale being that if guns are taken away from law abiding citizens and the NRA is abolished then we will be safe. Then only the government and criminals will have guns … yeah, I get it now. With each of these shootings, which seem to occur with increasing frequency, I have wondered if perhaps the FBI and/or CIA are goading these lunatics through social media to act out their frustrations or fantasies.
A DOJ and FBI weaponized against the people authorized SWAT team nighttime assaults on Roger Stone and Mer-a-Lago. Scaring an old man out of his sleep with automatic weapons and raiding a person’s home to rummage his wife’s underwear drawers would be farcical if not for the fact they made a mockery of the Fourth Amendment.
These Federal attacks on our Constitution by our first Muslim Marxist President and his puppet, the lying criminal, Joe Biden, have emboldened Marxist state legislatures and officials to begin gnawing away at the Fifth, Sixth, Fifteenth, and Nineteenth Amendments. What? You have not seen and read about this in what passes for investigative news journalism? Of course not. That is the most current deception promulgated by the elite Marxists now running the country.
To get Trump off the 2024 ballot, the Socialist-Marxist Party machines in a large handful of states have decided that Trump is guilty of insurrection – although he has not been charged with this crime – based merely on their fear and hatred of the former President. To support their opinion-based allegations these legal minds have attempted an interpretation of Section 3 of the Fourteenth Amendment that is absurd while simultaneously ignoring the last sentence of that section and Section 5 giving Congress the power of enforcement in all sections. Law professors, Alan Dershowitz and Jonathan Turley, have commented negatively on this attempt to subvert the Constitution and interfere with the 2024 election.
However, I believe there is more constitutional deception here than meets the eye. The Colorado Supreme Court, the Secretary of State for Maine, and others have tried, convicted, and sentenced Trump by bending one amendment out of shape and ignoring four others. The Fifth Amendment, states “No person shall be held to answer for a capital, or otherwise infamous crime, unless on a presentment or indictment of a Grand Jury” and with “due process of law.” The Sixth Amendment states, “In all criminal prosecutions, the accused shall enjoy the right to a speedy and public trial.” So where is the Grand Jury in any of the states advocating Trump’s removal from the ballot? Where is the due process of law? When was the trial held?
This egregious deception goes deeper and is more dangerous. By removing Trump from the ballot three people in Colorado and one in Maine have decided who the people in Colorado and Main can vote for. Indeed, if they can remove one contending candidate, they can remove them all, thereby making the Fifteenth and Nineteenth Amendments obsolete. No matter what race, creed, color, or sex you will no longer vote for the candidate of your choice, but only whoever the elite Marxists put on the ballot.
